There has been a lot of tear down and rebuild, and lots more to do.  We have made many changes from our original vision to the current, but all for the good.  Things are actually coming together.  Electricians have spent countless hours wiring and have had great ideas along with the plumbing crew digging and piecing it all together.  Kinda like trying to put puzzles together when you were a kid.  Joe and James have been working countless hours, there old man bodies are excited for a break.  This week plumbing and electrical inspections are happening and then walls and floors can be closed up.  Things will be transforming fast. That brings us to our opening.
